Wild Edible & Medicinal Plant Walk (max 20 participants, min 5 participants): Tamara Segal's guided edible and medicinal plant walk takes participants a little closer to nature, exploring the seasonal wild food and medicine growing at our feet. She shares key identification tips, historical use, and lore around the plants, along with suggestions for optimal harvesting and preparation techniques.

Nature Connection Experience (max 30 participants, min 5 participants): Exploring seasonal edible and medicinal plants takes participants into deeper connection with nature through the senses. A food or beverage made from the plants is shared with the group, while they're encouraged to draw, write, reflect on and share their perceptions. This experience can take place outdoors or indoors.

Wild Edible Tasting Menu (max 20 participants, min 5 participants): A gourmet, plant based tasting menu, infused with local wild foods, following a guided tour of the wild edible plants of the season. Chef Chris Byrne provides a unique seasonal dining experience, featuring wild edibles shown by herbalist Tamara Segal at their farm, in Prince Edward County, Ontario.

Natural Approaches to Mental Wellness: Registered Herbalist Tamara Segal provides practical considerations for addressing stress, anxiety, depression and mental health. Working holistically, she includes physical approaches such as improving sleep, digestion and brain function, as well as mental, emotional and spiritual connections to wellness. Easily accessible herbs, nutrition ideas and wellness practices are suggested.
