Fractional Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer: Provides strategic guidance and leadership on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives on a part-time basis. This can be on a regular part-time or project-based basis. Provides specialized expertise and support without the need for a full-time CDIO position. Tasks can range from developing in-house DEI training and education programs, creating and implementing DEI policies and procedures, building and managing DEI teams, measuring and reporting on DEI progress.

DEI Basecamp: Tailored three-part course series that is designed to provide a solid foundation in DEI that is relevant to YOUR organization's employees and clients. Each course in the series is a 3-hour session, expertly facilitated online or in-person and customized pre and post-communications and learning materials designed and sutomzed by our team of professional DEI facilitators as well as a Certificate of Participation. This DEI Basecamp has been approved for PD hours at the Law Society of Ontario and CPHR Alberta and we would be happy to work with your organization and regulatory body to ensure it meets your PD requirements.

Executive Certificate in Inclusive Leadership: Practical and immersive executive program that takes a deep dive into inclusive leadership. Comprised of six modules of 2 hours each week for six weeks, this program equips leaders with skills, strategies and language needed to cultivate teams where every single person feels they belong and perform at their best. Beyond theory, this program is centered around the practice of inclusivity where participants fully engage with the material and create an immersive learning experience with their cohort.
