Shannon Frame is a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga nidra instructor and trauma of money coach. She spent 15 years in the corporate world before starting her own health and wellness business - The Collective Alchemy. She can help your company's employees reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, while helping to increase focus, clarity, productivity and efficiency through mindset shifts that begin in the body (not just the mind). Through her work she hopes to enable and empower your employees to build a safe and supportive relationship with themselves so they can live a purpose driven and meaningful life where they can show up for both themselves and others in their life in the best possible way.

Customized Group Sessions: Available and can be organized directly with Shannon to meet the needs of your specific group (both topic wise and length of workshop). Ex: can focus on reducing stress and anxiety, coping with burnout, money mindset, nurturing your nervous system, learning how to self soothe and come home to yourself, increase focus etc. Various options available. Usually include a combination of applicable knowledge as well as breathwork and or yoga nidra. COST: depends on number of participants and length of session. Shannon also has an option to offer these sessions at no cost if a certain number of participants purchase her 6-module course The Shift, afterwards (number of purchases depends on the group size).
