Guided Forest Therapy Session (in-person): Wild Calm's guided forest therapy sessions offer an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature, oneself, and one another in a way that fosters profound stress relief, meaningful team building, and a myriad of mental and physical health benefits. Certified forest therapy guide Milena McWatt draws from her extensive experience to guide your group through a gentle and accessible, research-based practice that includes a guided meditation, very slow-paced walk, a series of sensory invitations and facilitated sharing circles, and a closing tea ceremony with forest-foraged tea and premium snacks, leaving your group feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Sessions are typically 3h long (2h in winter) and suitable for any fitness level and a variety of mobility challenges.

Guided Virtual Forest Therapy Session: Wild Calm's guided virtual forest therapy sessions offer an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature, oneself, and one another in a way that fosters profound stress relief, meaningful team building, and a myriad of mental and physical health benefits. Your group can join virtual sessions from anywhere on individual devices (Zoom), although joining from a forest or natural area is ideal. Certified forest therapy guide Milena McWatt draws from her extensive experience to guide your group through a gentle and accessible, research-based practice that includes a guided meditation, very slow-paced walk, a series of sensory invitations and facilitated sharing circles, and a closing tea ceremony with forest-foraged tea, leaving your group feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Sessions are typically 1.5h long.
