She spent eleven years of her career specifically working in oncology and providing individual counselling and presentations on the cancer experience, how to cope with the emotions related to a life-altering diagnosis and returning to work after cancer. Return to Work Workshop: Through her extensive experience in working with people returning to work after long-term illness, Melina Ladouceur will help your team by providing you with tools and guidance on how to create an inclusive return to work environment.
