1 Hour Educational Session (choice of nutrition or sleep): Let Lise provide information and education from the latest sources in the topic of your choice with practical strategies you can use to help make lifelong changes in your life.

12 Week Sleep Bootcamp: Set over a 12-week period with a 1-hour weekly check-in, we go in depth about sleep, and develop simple strategies everyone can use to develop a sleep hygiene routine to help improve their sleep and decrease stress.

Half-Day Workshop: Going more into depth about how fitness, nutrition, and sleep and stress management can improve overall quality of life and help people develop practical strategies and solutions to their specific needs. COST: $500
