Cognitive Performance Workshop: Cognitive Performance is key to the future of work and how individuals, teams and entire organizations thrive in a VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous). The human brain is unique and taking care of mental wellbeing for increased cognitive performance requires a holistic approach in physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. Our working session will support employees with the tools to stay energized, focused, engaged, creative and in tune with what is needed for increased career impact and increased business results.

Resiliency Workshop: Leaders will be guided through exercises for greater self discovery. Every individual is unique and has their own relationship to stress and times of change and this workshop allows each individual to create awareness to what they need to recover quicker and be in greater overall wellbeing, leading to increased ability to contribute to their potential.

Team/Leadership Development Workshop: Team cohesion comes when each individual is connected to their values, the team values and the vision and mission of the team. When there is intentionally designed clarity, each individual will thrive as they fulfill their purpose and all stride in the same direction.

TrU Wellbeing: A transformational coaching and learning series that supports sustainable behavior change to foster optimal physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing for individuals to truly thrive in life. A 6-part experiential wellbeing series facilitated in 90-minute sessions where individuals leave enabled to act on key learnings, take immediate action for sustained long-term behaviour change and leave each call one step closer to immediate optimal health. One to One coaching (6 sessions per individual is recommended to see optimal wellbeing and behavior change).

Executive Team/Group/One to One Coaching: Team cohesion comes when each leader is connected to their potential, amplifying core strengths, increasing resiliency, and building increased compassion for self and others leading to greater awareness, collaboration and deeper trust across the organization. When leaders build a strong wellbeing foundation and understand the impact of their mindset and habits, they will reach their true potential and thrive personally and professionally and the team will stride in a common direction.
