Group Yoga & Meditation Classes: Whether you are looking to get your zen on, strengthen, stretch, or burn some calories, Jacquie offers a variety of all-level classes including: Meditation, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Power Hiit Yoga. All of Jacquie’s sessions are intuitively guided and assist you with what you are currently facing. She helps to transform patterns and energy while aligning you with your beautiful core essence. De-stress, ignite your joy and open your body, mind, and spirit to opportunities.
Team-building: "Let's Crush It!" (in-person): This 1.5 - 2-hour team-building session will help you not only unleash the energy in your team but will encourage authentic inclusivity in the workplace while enhancing communication. Through interactive and laughter-generating improv-based activities, your team will learn to “YES and..” people’s ideas and will strengthen the confidence to speak and think on their feet. Above all, they will experience the amazing benefits of laughter, infusing JOY into the workplace (an alternative version is available for online training).
Gaining Clarity (In-person or Online): This workshop will be fun, interactive, and inspirational. Your team will leave the experience feeling inspired, with more clarity, and will have goals to take them to a new level of satisfaction within their career and personal lives. The activities will assist with increasing mental and emotional health, in addition to relieving stress and tension within the body from online meetings/computer work. The workshop will include Wheel of Life, S.M.A.R.T Goals, Chair yoga, and other activities to tap into your core essence.
