Group Chair Yoga (60 minutes): Calmly energize and centre your team with breath-coordinated chair-based movement and guided meditation. These tools are perfect for use in office settings and can be included throughout the work day to relieve tension and pain, get circulation flowing, clear the mind, and improve energy and focus.

Customized Group Chair Yoga (90 minutes): A longer practice that allows time for a full-body chair-based gentle workout, exploration of multiple Breath Tools (“pranayama”), and a full Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra. Specific techniques and focus are customizable based on client needs and goals.

Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra: This evidence-based practice guides the mind, body, and nervous system into a deeply restful and nourishing state from which you can awaken refreshed and balanced. Gift your team everyday tools for clearer focus, better sleep, a calmer and more regulated nervous system, reduced pain, greater equanimity and self-awareness, and a greater sense of wellbeing and wholeness.

Breath Tools: Learn how to unlock the power of breath to regulate your nervous system, clear and focus your mind, ground anxiety, increase energy, or wind down for deep rest. These yogic breath techniques (“pranayama”) are simple to learn and can be woven into one's daily life for effective mindbody support at just the right time.
