Chris Benishin
Chris Benishin is a professor emeritus, former instructor and medical researcher, with both academic and corporate experience. As a partner in Steps2Wellness, Ltd. she works with companies to develop multi-dimensional wellness programming aimed at providing employers with tools to support the health and wellness of their employees. The goal is to achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement, creating a healthy and productive work environment, while fulfilling company values, vision and mission. Chris is certified as a Workplace Wellness Program Consultant by the Chapman Institute, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner.

Group sessions/webinars: Chris has extensive experience delivering informational and interactive presentations to groups on cardiovascular health, gut health, weight management, healthy aging, and supporting healthy lifestyle habits.
Corporate Wellness Programming: Chris is certified as a Workplace Wellness Program Consultant by the Chapman Institute. As such she and her company Steps2Wellness, Ltd. will work with corporate clients who are looking to include health and wellness activities into their company, or optimize activities already in place. The objectives will be to enhance employee health and morale, while supporting the company goals and bottom line. Services include preliminary survey of management objectives, needs and wants assessment, proposing programming in line with company goals, development of components of programming, engagement of company principals and champions, coordination of services, evaluation of outcomes.
